Recreational Classes

Fun recreational gymnastics classes for primary and secondary aged children. Gymnasts learn the fundamental skills essential for balance, movement and coordination through warm up games, stretches, equipment and partnership work.

Our recreational programme uses the British gymnastics awards system 'Rise' to plan, assess and help the gymnasts progress at their own level.

Our recreational gymnastics programme has been running since 2006 with our lead coaches having over 20 years experience as primary teachers working at all stages of development.
