Adult Circuit Class

This class can be adapted to suit your own level. There will be a focus on aerobic exercise with weight training for those that are aiming to improve fitness to a higher level.

Seated Strength and Mobility Class

This class helps to improve overall strength, fitness and balance and can help manage a range of health conditions as well as reducing risk of falls.
